Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and reschedules have a long-lasting impact on our business because of the time required to provide services of the highest possible quality and the scale at which we operate.

Because of this, if you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 72 hours before the scheduled time. This will allow us to find someone else to fill that time slot and spare you the cost of our cancellation charge. The following terms and conditions apply to any appointments, and while a hold must be placed on a credit card, the card will only be charged if any of the following circumstances are met.

You must give us at least three days' notice to reschedule or cancel any appointment or service.

If you fail to provide a notice of cancellation or rescheduling that is at least 72 hours in length, you will be responsible for losing the initial payment for the service.

Appointments for the same day that are canceled or rescheduled will result in a fee equal to the full price of the service.

Suppose a booking is canceled or rescheduled in a manner that violates any of the terms and conditions that have been specified. In that case, Autoprot Auto Detailing maintains the right to pay via the method you supplied below.

If weather conditions, staff levels, or equipment malfunction impact Autoprot Auto Detailing's ability to provide services, Autoprot Auto Detailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services as needed.

Autoprot Auto Detailing may cancel the appointment if the vehicle and keys are not present at the time and location of the booked service.

This will be regarded as a breach of the cancellation policy, and the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged to the customer's will.

Charges for the redemption of gift certificates will be subject to the same cancellation policy, and the gift certificate will either be fully or partially redeemed based on the rules outlined in the cancellation as mentioned above policy.

Our cancellation policy has been implemented to ensure everyone has an equal chance of success. Please submit an authorized payment here, which will only be charged once a policy is violated. In addition, this form must be signed and emailed back to us.
