If you change your mind, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement.
However, you may choose between a refund or an exchange if a product has a significant defect. When this occurs, the item:
has a problem that would have prevented someone from purchasing the item if they were aware of it;
it is unsafe;
is substantially different from the sample or description;
does not perform as promised or as requested.
We will fix the item within a reasonable time frame if the issue is not of a significant nature.
If it is not repaired within a reasonable amount of time, you have the option of receiving a refund or having it replaced.
Please ensure that you save your receipt or other proof of purchase.
You, as the buyer, are going to be responsible for paying for any return shipping expenses associated with any things that you send back. In the event that you do not ask for a replacement item, the cost of shipping will be repaid to you along with the cost of the item after the returned products have been inspected and your request for a refund has been processed.
Any items that are being returned for a refund or replacement must be in the same unused and unopened condition as when they were first packaged in order for the request to be accepted.

Autoprot maintains the right to refuse to sell to any individual for any reason that is not prohibited by law, including, but not limited to, any misuse of this Returns policy. This right does not apply to situations where the law prohibits the refusal to sell. When a customer returns an item, it will be inspected by a member of the Autoprot team, who will look for signs of possible usage, misuse, missing components, or damage. In the event that the requirements of the Returns policy are not met, a refund request may be declined.
